About you:

1.  Introduce yourself (name, age, sex, location etc)
Hiya, I'm Lynette (aka Biscuit/Xafaeri). I'm a 28 y/o chick from London, UK

2.  Can you attend at least 75% of our raids? (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 20:30 - 00:00 [Server Time])

3.  Will you be on time (invites start at 20:15) and prepared for the raids you attend?

4.  When is your normal play time?
I work 12 hour shifts at my leisure and usually only 3-4x a week. So when I'm not playing I'm gaming, usually.

5.  Do you have good English skills? Both written and spoken?

6.  Do you have, or would you be willing to get Discord?
Already have :)

7.  Do you have a working microphone that you're willing to use when needed?

8.  Do you know anyone within the guild who can support your application? If not, how did you come to hear about us?
I've known Sam (Teddy.... he might have a new alias these days :P) for years IRL. In fact I have waited for the moment to apply (as a main healer) for YEARS with your guild. I am at the point that I want to progress with FRIENDS and he speaks very highly of your guild - his wow "home" which means a lot coming from him ;) Years ago I recall joining as a social but not much came of it as your healing roster was super tight - I only had time for raiding.

About WoW:

1.  Introduce your character (name, race, class, spec, etc)
My most RECENT character is Xafaeri, Draenei, Disc Priest

2.  Please provide a link to your armoury profile and if possible a link to any web stats that feature you.

3.  Please explain the choices you made regarding optimising your character (e.g. stat balancing, gems/enchants etc).
At the current time of raiding in November I was stacking Haste as it was the top stat for spammage and GCD. It was rather enjoyable to stack as many timely atonements as possible for a super penance. I gravitated to the use of mindbender as well as a healing CD rather than a mana gain which also benefited from haste.

4.  What rotation or prioritisation of abilities do you use, and why?
Oof. I am an absolute nutcase for micro managing so rarely unless I'm dead I'm using PWS on CD on tanks or other priority targets (I do prefer on tanks for the consistent damage in high tier raiding). My aim is to have 100% uptime on atonement on tanks and 100% uptime on PTW on enemies, multiple if with fat health pools. Content I did up to never required talents on that same tier. Smiting as a filler and/or for additional dps. I eventually was well practised enough to never NOT have a CD per healer defensive rotation with the use of legendary, rapture, mindbender  and PWB and in MANY cases just good old fashioned plea stack + penance! I can use pain supp on request, premeditated or as a quick trigger response as raid leaders preference. I do enjoy the different challenges on certain classes, disc (cough) in Mythic plus.

5.  What guilds have you been in? Why did you leave?
MANY! As many of you here I have played wow since TBC. I have run realm first guilds in wrath both 10m and 25m raiding 10 hours a DAY...... while also being a part of another guild. I was known as the pug leader on the realm Alonsus too haha. Then Sam and I met in Firelands where I was maining a... resto Shaman. I think. I have never left a guild on bad terms and I disbanded my own guilds just because RL took over and there have been several month hiatuses over the years. I have successfully raid led in many including ALONGSIDE Sam in Siege. I will say that my most recent guild Kin is a unique exception. My boyfriend and I were getting on GREAT with the guild and at one point I was requested to be raid leader (which I haven't been interested in for years; I am just very well prepared for content). But on November the 14th 2017 I was playing wow when I got a phone call that my nan was dying. The way in which she passed in front of my eyes was tragic and violent, to say the least. No other way to put it. So raiding stopped right there. I was no longer interested in anything and it really is something I've avoided until recently Sam said a spot opened up. It does give me a strange feeling to consider coming back to wow as it was the last thing I was doing. I had also just finished a late night raid in a pug when my uncle died in 2013 in my own home. Wow has very strong connections to me as it has been both a terrible reminder and a great comfort in distracting me during some awful times. Hm. While Kin is also a great guild and I feel bad for "abandoning them" I don't think I can join another random guild. Sam and I have wanted to raid together for YEARS and I would rather be with friends, especially after everything.

6.  Do you have any alts or experience of other classes?
I have played all healers throughout the years with good results. At the end of the day healing is healing and mitigation is mitigation... I would say that Holy Pala, with all it's changes, is my least practised role but I am confident in my ability to play any healer at any position need be. I will say that I am generally known for keeping my tanks alive whichever guild I've been in, on whichever class.

7.  Please list what raid experience you have gained with other guilds:-
Raiding seriously I have completed all content at both 10m and 25m in Wrath at the highest level. We completed everything up to and including Siege together, where Sam and I, after moulding our team and doing HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS of prep and spoonfeeding. I do believe I missed the tail end of some Mythic content but without having a sub (yet) I am unable to verify on which account. I believe I have some funny letters on my Druid, my oldest char, which I cannot recall! Once I am subbed again, depending on the outcome of this application, I can provide all "references" if it ends up being detrimental.

But you CAN see recent on my Priest:

TOS: 5/9 Mythic as came back to wow only a few weeks before Antorus
Antorus: 8/11 HC right up until my nan passed away

1.  Why do you wish to join Indecisive?

I've heard non-stop compliments from Sam lol for YEARS. And for YEARS he has said a DPS spot has opened but never a healer, which is all I'm interested in. My life is stable now. I was a bit apprehensive about applying but after a good think and chat with my bf, also a gamer that excels in other departments, that I would like to . And see where it takes me. My bf, Merah, is also applying JOINTLY. I say jointly because we have 3 year relationship but we live in different countries (soon changing, we hope!). Time is precious, we are both raiders and so it makes sense for us to raid simultaneously especially as we will likely have 100% attendance. He is an EXCELLENT healer but actually excels at every role - and any game, much to my dismay -.-

2.  What can you offer to this guild? Are we a good fit for you?
Years of experience in healing. I have very good raid awareness unless I'm monk on a platform where I was very good at torpedoing off the edge, much to Sam's delight and my never ending torment. I am a very aggressive healer and my emphasis is actually keeping people alive, not padding meters! I enjoy the high pressure challenges. I am very good at micromanaging abilities, timing heals and if ever wanted I can assist in tracking or calling out certain abilities or phase changes as the raid leader prefers. I, however, never want to be a raid leader ever again so you will never find any quarrel there. I am here to hold myself into account only. After everything I've been told I think we'd be a great fit. You are well progressed but not out of touch with reality, great leadership and from what I've been told have a great sense of humour! The only thing you'll ever hear me complain about is questing. And I don't enjoy achievements unless it's to help the guild. And I don't collect mounts or pets or even explore my map. I just raid and do things to help me raid. Half the fun is wiping! >.<

3.  Do you have any questions for us?
Sam might have mentioned that if accepted I can play any healer though he wasn't able to specify which is needed most, only that you have too many priests. I have 110 MW Monk/Brew that wouldn't take long to get up to par. I generally prefer helping enable my team than any specific class and am versatile enough to change as needed. Really, it's up to you????? I'm a team player!

Thanks for taking the time to consider my application and good luck with all future content, regardless! :)

EDIT: I listed my ancient druid in the title and after an hours worth of typing forgot to change it to my most recently played character, for relevance sake, my Priest. Apologies.

Hey Lynette,

Thanks for the application, as per our discussion on discord... let's do this thing! (As a Holy Paladin!)
