About you:

1.  Introduce yourself (name, age, sex, location etc)
Howdy. My names James, I'm 30, male and currently based in the UK near Manchester (Preston).

2.  Can you attend at least 75% of our raids? (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 20:30 - 00:00 [Server Time])
Shouldn't be an issue. If I can't make a raid I'll generally know in advance and let someone know.

3.  Will you be on time (invites start at 20:15) and prepared for the raids you attend?

4.  When is your normal play time?
Wound down at the minute waiting for the next tier to open. But usually after work (latest 19:30) until I get bored. Then weekends depending if my other half thinks I've been playing too much. =D

5.  Do you have good English skills? Both written and spoken?

6.  Do you have, or would you be willing to get Mumble?
Had it before, can easily download it again.

7.  Do you have a working microphone that you're willing to use when needed?

8.  Do you know anyone within the guild who can support your application? If not, how did you come to hear about us?
I don't to be honest. I found you on wowProgress and you guys seemed to be the only guild in existence who are recruiting healers!

About WoW:

1.  Introduce your character (name, race, class, spec, etc)
My monk is Unarii, Gnome (noone boo me!) Mistweaver. I came back to WOW about a year ago, and my friends guild only needed a DPS so a rolled a mage. However I've loved healing since Wrath, so made a MW too. As the other guild don't need a healer, I generally played the alt-runs and was part of the M+ team for the guild with my healer.

2.  Please provide a link to your armoury profile and if possible a link to any web stats that feature you.
As you can see, my M+ gear is much higher than my T20 items, so I generally heal using that. I easily compete/sometimes surpass with my guild main healers during raids. However I don't think I've been on many recorded runs with them. Here's my Logs page for the recorded runs that I've been on.

3.  Please explain the choices you made regarding optimising your character (e.g. stat balancing, gems/enchants etc).
Usually I follow the advice from Peak of Serenity (the monk discord/website). Currently don't have all the BiS leggos, but I'm not against farming until I get more if needed, but it's never hampered my healing.

4.  What rotation or prioritisation of abilities do you use, and why?
Generally, I try to conserve my mana as best I can using multi-heal free/cheap spells - and I tend to mana pot early (around 2/3 or 1/2 mana). Often TfT-Vivify or when I have my two set on, EM when the proc hits. Other than that I use EF pretty much on CD. Whilst it does over heal a bit, the buff that it leaves on the players allows for my other heals to be better when I need to heal someone, so it generally increases the efficiency of the heals. Being totally honest, I have a bad habit of holding of on using Velen's Trinket until the worst happens, instead of trying to rotate it into the known damage cycles, but usually I use it right before casting Revival, and mass healing, so any 50% of the overheal goes to nearby players. Generally I use Chi-Ji whenever it's up and use my life cocoon as an "oh-s**t" button, or a pre damage mitigation (early on against KJ when we needed some extra soaks). Other than that, the standard allotment of RM/Effuse/Chi Burst through the melee.

5.  What guilds have you been in? Why did you leave?
Currently in Devoted. But as an Alt, and they have no spaces on their raid team for healers anytime soon. Not left as yet.

6.  Do you have any alts or experience of other classes?
My main for the expo so far was my mage Unar -

And I've just finished leveling a Horde DK, with the guild on another server -

7.  Please list what raid experience you have gained with other guilds:-
Came back at the end of NH, so I wouldn't really call that any experience. However I've done all of Tomb from the start, but no mythic kills as Devoted don't do Mythic.

Mists of Pandaria

Mogu'shan Vaults - n/a
Heart of Fear - n/a
Terrace of Endless Spring - n/a
Throne of Thunder - n/a
Siege Of Orgrimmar - n/a

Warlords of Draenor

Highmaul- LFR on my Pally healer, but it was mainly a PVP server/Char.
BRF- n/a
HFC- n/a

1.  Why do you wish to join Indecisive?

Honestly. I really enjoy healing, and want to progress whilst healing instead of DPSing/tanking. I read about you on wowprogress and you seem pretty cool, and like I said, you're kind of the only people who are looking for a healer/monk healer. So I thought I'd try my luck. (No point in lying to you. :D) Also, your raid times don't clash with Devoted (other than Thursday, but that their second raiding day, so I can miss that, as their other days are Wednesday/Sunday ;) ) So you guys seemed perfect.

2.  What can you offer to this guild? Are we a good fit for you?
I'm alright at the game. I'm never really negative, and don't have an issue doing content I'm not really a fan of if it helps someone in the guild out.

3.  Do you have any questions for us?

Like I said before, I've not done any Mythic kills this tier, but have watched all the videos from different guild on the tactics and kills, and quite enjoy watching and learning the different strategies for the bosses. So my only question would be, if I'm not successful in getting a trail, what would you suggest I do to improve my chances of joining next time?

Thanks for taking the time to read. Any questions drop me a line in game on one of the toons listed above! or my Bnet: Basskin#2621 :)
