About you:

1.  Introduce yourself (name, age, sex, location etc)
The name is Tom, i have been around the sun 32ish times, i am Male and from Newcastle England

2.  Can you attend at least 75% of our raids? (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 20:30 - 00:00 [Server Time])
sure can, i  think i have missed a single raid within the last year and that was due to being hospitalised.

3.  Will you be on time (invites start at 20:15) and prepared for the raids you attend?

4.  When is your normal play time?
When i am not eating, sleeping or working.. So usually 18:30 till midnight

5.  Do you have good English skills? Both written and spoken?
I do, tho i am a geordie so have been compared to a pirate more than once.

6.  Do you have, or would you be willing to get Mumble?
I have mumble. it looks like windows 95 called, but i will reluctantly use it.

7.  Do you have a working microphone that you're willing to use when needed?

8.  Do you know anyone within the guild who can support your application? If not, how did you come to hear about us?
The guys from Spirit of Alar (Rav,Allari,Kev,Thrash, Scrote)

About WoW:

1.  Introduce your character (name, race, class, spec, etc)
Elleysium, draenei , shaman, Resto

2.  Please provide a link to your armoury profile and if possible a link to any web stats that feature you.

3.  Please explain the choices you made regarding optimising your character (e.g. stat balancing, gems/enchants etc).
I find as a Resto shaman optimising gear massively depends on the specific boss, and which other healer classes are in the raid.
I have all lego's and tons of gear allowing me to be flexible.

Generally as much int as possible, 30% crit 20% haste at least 100% mastery and as much vers as possible helps me fill up those little coloured boxes.

4.  What rotation or prioritisation of abilities do you use, and why?
On Pull i will typically precast healing rain, drop cloudburst & healing stream totems. then the right heal for the job. riptide or chain heal into tidal wave powered healing wave or surge (depending on how low a player is or by judging the rate of incoming damage)
then gift of the queen and another healing rain before the cloudburst pops. (more healing done during cloud bursts storing phase means a bigger pop) effective shaman healing is about knowing the boss fight and timing the cloudburst pop with incoming damage.

Raid cooldowns like healing tide, spirit link and ancestral guidance on heavy raid damage or on agreed rotation with other healers.

5.  What guilds have you been in? Why did you leave?
To many over the years to list and remember, i started playing in vanilla.
Notable guilds
(back in Wolk) got a few server firsts while playing as Holy Priest then guild ceased to raid so moved back to Terenas to play with friends.
Spirit of Alar
Joined during EN progression, raided 5 days a week including boosting normal/alt runs on fridays for damn near a year.
Guild ceased to raid due to roster issues and GM going Awol, so i left.
Angels of Ares
Left due to GM and main officer unexpectedly throwing in the towel.

6.  Do you have any alts or experience of other classes?
Have played most classes over the years but only raided with Holy priest, rogue and resto shaman.

Max level i have a vengeance DH, 910 ilvl and slowly levelling my rogue through the content i have missed.

7.  Please list what raid experience you have gained with other guilds:-

All raids from Vanilla up to cataclysm.
did not play Mop or WoD at all
Came back for legion

EN M6/7 (missed il'gynoth)
ToV M2/3
NH M4/10
ToS M7/9

1.  Why do you wish to join Indecisive?
To have fun Raiding Mythic with a social guild.

2.  What can you offer to this guild? Are we a good fit for you?
I spend ALOT of time on WoW.. (137 Days played this level just on my shaman) the character has high ilevel (max 945) and 72 traits in resto weapon with 52 in each dps spec.
So as you can see i am dedicated to pushing myself and character as far as i can. i am a reliable so will always turn up to raids prepared with consumables and tactics known.

Since i spend so much time on the game the strong social element you guys have going is a big draw for me.

Not sure what else to say so er.. SPLOOSH!
3.  Do you have any questions for us?
